Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe you’ll love our products. However we understand that sometimes things happen outside of our control. For those instances, here's our returns and refunds policy.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@figandgrove.com and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns.

Refunds
We offer refunds in certain circumstances but ask that you please let us know what the issue is so we can prevent it from happening in the future. Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@figandgrove.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If your item is defective we will replace it for the same item. Please send us an email at hello@figandgrove.com along with a photograph and description of the issue so we can try and avoid the same issue from happening again in the future.
Please note, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost if you’d like a replacement. Fig & Grove does not accept responsibility for issues / damage occurring during shipping.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
Unfortunately, due to the sanitary nature of our goods, we do not accept returns. Please do not send any products back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for any additional shipping costs for replacements. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
